Lead Product & ux Designer

I’m Vaida Mastaraite, a Lead Product Designer with a specialisation in UX and Project Management originally from Lithuania , now living in the Netherlands.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been working at Conveya, a B2B SaaS start-up where I’ve had the chance to managing projects from idea to deployment, leading design, and keeping teams aligned. In that time, I’ve grown into a role that’s as much about leadership and project management as it is about design,  guiding cross-functional teams, setting priorities, and making sure ideas turn into finished products. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with companies like Mammoet, Mitie, Wates, and others, helping to shape products that make training and compliance easier.

Through dotgrafix, I’ve also had the chance to work with companies like Unilever, Out of Home Partners, My Scale Solutions and many more on smaller branding and web design projects, helping them sharpen their digital presence and connect with their audiences.

What I enjoy most is the mix of strategy and creativity that design brings. I believe the best products don’t just look good, they’re simple, useful, and often invisible. Because when design truly works, you barely notice it.
